MEC’s Yeti Cooler Giveaway @ The ARA Show 2026 – Full Terms

OFFICIAL RULES

1) California Manufacturing and Engineering Co., Inc.
[MEC Aerial Work Platforms], [1401 S. Madera Avenue, Kerman, CA 93630] (“California Manufacturing and Engineering Co., Inc.”).

2) Sweepstakes Name.
[MEC’s Yeti Cooler Giveaway @ The ARA Show 2026] (“Yeti® Tundra® 65 Hard Cooler in Rescue Red”).

3) Entry Period.
Begins [March 2nd, 2026 at 8:00 AM] ET and ends [March 4th, 2026 at 1:00 PM] ET (“Entry Period”).

4) Eligibility.
Open to legal residents of the United States (including D.C.) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who attend [The ARA Show] in [Orlando, Florida]. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its parent/affiliates/subsidiaries and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.

5) No Purchase Necessary.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase chances of winning.

6) How to Enter (In Person Only).
During the Entry Period, visit California Manufacturing and Engineering Co., Inc. at Booth [1478] at [The ARA Show] and complete the official entry form/entry slip with your name and a valid email address and/or phone number.
– No badge scanning is required to enter.
– Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Entry Period.
– Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted in excess of the limit may be disqualified.
– Entries become California Manufacturing and Engineering Co., Inc.’s property and will not be returned.

7) Prize.
One (1) prize: One (1) Yeti® Tundra® 65 Hard Cooler in Rescue Red (Exterior: 30.8″W x 17.3″D x 16.0″H; Interior: 23.3″W x 10.7″D x 11.3″H). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $375 USD. No cash alternative. No substitution, assignment, or transfer permitted, except California Manufacturing and Engineering Co., Inc. may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

8) Winner Selection and Odds.
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about [March 4th, 2026] from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9) Winner Notification / Not Present to Win.
Winner does not need to be present to win. Potential winner will be notified via [email and/or phone] using the contact information provided. Potential winner must respond within [72] hours of notification. If a potential winner does not respond within the required time, is ineligible, cannot accept the prize, or if notification is undeliverable, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing.

10) Prize Delivery.
Prize will be delivered within approximately [8] weeks after winner verification, to a U.S. mailing address provided by the winner.

11) Taxes.
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses not specifically stated herein.

12) Release and Limitation of Liability.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and [The ARA Show] and [Orange County Convention Center] and their respective parent/affiliates/subsidiaries, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt/use/misuse of any prize, to the extent permitted by law.

13) Privacy.
Information collected will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and as described in Sponsor’s privacy policy: [https://www.mecawp.com/privacy-policy/]. If you will use entries for marketing follow-up, say so clearly here (and include any consent/opt-out language you use).

14) General Conditions.
Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

15) Florida Game Promotion Filing (Only if triggered).
If the total announced value of all prizes offered in this Sweepstakes is greater than $5,000, Sponsor will file the required rules and prize list with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services at least 7 days before the Sweepstakes begins, as required by Florida law.

16) Governing Law.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

17) Winner List.

[The ARA Show] and [Orange County Convention Center] are not sponsors or administrators of this Sweepstakes and are not responsible for any aspect of the Sweepstakes.
