MEC’s Yeti Cooler Giveaway @ CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 – Full Terms

OFFICIAL RULES

1) Sponsor. California Manufacturing and Engineering Co., Inc. [MEC Aerial Work Platforms], 1401 S. Madera Avenue, Kerman, CA 93630 (“Sponsor”).

2) Sweepstakes Name. MEC’s Yeti Cooler Giveaway @ CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 (“Sweepstakes”).

3) Entry Period. Begins March 3rd, 2026 at 8:00 AM PT and ends March 7th, 2026 at 1:00 PM PT (“Entry Period”).

4) Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States (including D.C.) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who attend CONEXPO-CON/AGG in Las Vegas, Nevada. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible.

5) No Purchase Necessary. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase chances of winning.

6) How to Enter (In Person Only). During the Entry Period, visit Sponsor at Booth [F42072] at CONEXPO-CON/AGG and complete the official entry form (or entry slip) with your name and a valid email address and/or phone number.

No badge scanning is required to enter.

Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Entry Period.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted in excess of the limit may be disqualified.

Entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned.

7) Prize. One (1) prize: One (1) Yeti® Tundra® 65 Hard Cooler in Rescue Red (Exterior: 30.8″W x 17.3″D x 16.0″H; Interior: 23.3″W x 10.7″D x 11.3″H). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $375 (USD). No cash alternative. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of prize permitted, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

8) Winner Selection and Odds. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about March 7th, 2026 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9) Winner Notification / Not Present to Win. Winner does not need to be present to win. Potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry. Potential winner must respond within 72 hours (or other stated timeframe) of notification. If a potential winner does not respond within the required time, is ineligible, cannot accept the prize, or if notification is undeliverable, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing.

10) Prize Delivery. Prize will be delivered within approximately [8] weeks after winner verification, to a U.S. mailing address provided by winner. Sponsor is not responsible for delivery issues outside its control.

11) Taxes. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses not specifically stated herein.

12) Release and Limitation of Liability. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and CONEXPO-CON/AGG, Las Vegas Convention Center, and their respective parent/affiliates/subsidiaries, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of the prize.

14) Privacy. Information collected will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and as described in Sponsor’s privacy policy: https://www.mecawp.com/privacy-policy/. If you intend to send marketing emails/texts, disclose it plainly here and include any required consent language.

15) General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

16) “Chance to Win” and No “You Won” Claims. All promotional materials are intended to invite consumers to enter for a chance to win.

17) Governing Law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

18) Winner List. To request the winner’s name (available after March 7th, 2026), send an email to events@mecawp.com with subject “Winner List – MEC’s Yeti Cooler Giveaway @ CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026” no later than [March 9th, 2026].

19) Trade Show Disclaimer. CONEXPO-CON/AGG and Las Vegas Convention Center are not sponsors or administrators of this Sweepstakes and are not responsible for any aspect of the Sweepstakes.
